OLD and in need of renovations ASAP. Good mattress though, also good area, but the hotel was nothing like in the pictures. They had bathroom tiles and flooring and showers from the late 1800s, the toilet is literally next to the sink which is pretty gross, but staff was very friendly.

EXCELLENT customer service: loved how the staff comes in the evening to turn down bed, put out slippers, leave chocolates, and ensure purified water is available in the room.

Clean room but very cold staff was nice heat was very low we had to call twice but in the end they fixed it , I must say it was during the storm so temperatures were veryyy low
