Well managed, helpful staff. The property is good and well maintained. The location is good, close to dinning options and shopping centres. On site parking. Honestly, if youre not looking anything too fancy, this is excellent! Had a convenient and comfortable stay with family

My partner and I stayed here on a busy Saturday night and had the best time thanks to the friendly, attentive staff, especially Jose at the front desk. He was friendly and always greeted us with a smile and hewent above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience - they had two big reservations at the hotel and Jose made sure our room was placed away from those guests, so our evening was quiet. Our room was very clean and the sheets and pillows were cozy. The breakfast was really good too - the hot buffet had scrambled and boiled eggs, turkey sausage patties, pork sausage links, and hashbrowns. The cook (I think it mught have been just one guy) was so good at keeping up with the breakfast crowd that the steam trays only got maybe half empty. They was also an assortment of cereals, fruit, and bread.

The pool deck had hair all over it. Wasn't happy with how cold the pool was. Our room was extremely loud. We could hear everyone and everything and doors slamming. Breakfast was cold. Staff was just ok. No one asked how the stay was. No one asked anything. Just looked at me and said you pre paid. And that was it. Definitely wasn't worth over $400 and not happy with it.

The staff was great. The rooms were comfortable. The breakfast was yummy. We had two rooms, because we liked the hotel so much we extended our stay. The staff went out of their way to find a room for us when we extended our stay.
