We were not able to sleep because of very loud guests near our room. There was no insulation to buffer the noise. We also found that the smell in the room was musty, as if it had not been cleaned regularly. We will not be recommending this location.

Positives were that we could do laundry and use a full-size fridge/freezer to store our food; this was in a basement of a home, walls were thin, and the ceiling of the shower was low that anyone over 5'6" would have to stoop.

A very clean and welcoming place in a lovely neighbourhood. A short drive down town. Owners are exceptionally nice and do whatever it takes to make their guests happy. HIGE TV!

We stayed three nights. Positive: Originally we had booked two night, but needed to add an extra night up front. The staff was very helpful in accommodating us, even cleaning the second room early so we had an easy move on day two. Negative, it seems some other guests did not follow the non-smoking rules and that made for a bad night. Being non-smokers, the smoke gave us both headaches.

The best part of my stay was how loving and helpful the staff was. She was always willing to help. She took there time to clean the room and checking to make sure we had everything we needed, she was always willing to recommend things as well. I enjoyed my stay here.
