We stayed 2 nights, the rooms are old but clean and functional for the time we spent there. There’s no restaurant here. The beds were very comfortable.

Had to change room it stunk so bad, tv not working, coffee maker broken. New room could not get in with key and no staff here after 9pm. About to call police to get me into room when someone else helped to get door to my room open. It took over 5 min to get it to open. Very sketchy area, no staff and main door left open. No security. Pictures online are not even close to what this place looks like. I have put a chair at my door for a little bit of security.

I booked at Sherwood Inn at the very last minute due to changes to my itinerary. I stayed two nights and the place was just alright to spend a night or two. The Inn is located in a dead area of Charlottetown. Although I was aware that the Inn does not serve breakfast at the time of booking, I would have appreciated had the place provided soap/shampoo, at least. The mini fridge was not working. It is located in Charlottetown and, I believe, the price was a bit too much when I consider its overall quality, services (not) included and the location. It was merely a room with a bed. For the money the Inn charged, I believe I was not shown adequate value as a customer because I have stayed at other hotels for less price but their quality and services were much better.

We had requested room with white bedding which we got, thank you. Very spacious room, comfortable beds. Older inn and motel but in good condition. A/C worked well. No smell in room. I almost overlooked this motel if not for the price. If I could suggest one thing, is to completely update the lobby. Just keep the beautiful jade plant and the soda pop machine. A makeover of the lobby with modern furniture, prints of the island on the wall would certainly attract a lot more customers when looking at the pictures on travel search engine. The money spent would be recuperated in no time with more bookings.

Absolutely disgusted and appalled with this place!! if I was Expedia, I wouldn’t list this property any longer as I wouldn’t want my name tainted with this property at all. Upon check-in after traveling, we just dropped the stuff in the room and proceeded to go to the golf course as my son was in a tournament over the weekend. As we are ready to go to bed we turn down the sheets and this is what we found. Never mind the fact that nobody works at night, so there is no one at the front desk, which is completely unsafe and never heard of from any hotel I’ve ever stayed at!!! So needless to say no one slept how could you. The next day, my husband confronted the front staff about what disgrace the bedding was in. They did apologize and change it. Upon check out my husband mentioned to the owner that he felt that they should at least give him back $50 considering that we couldn’t sleep and couldn’t get any help, because no one was around to attend to Guests. The lady was quite rude with her response and said that she would not give a discount for the state of the beds. That it was a malfunction with the washing machine, surprise surprise! When my husband proceeded to tell her that we would be writing up a review, she proceeded to say she does not care!! So traveler, beware this place is Disgusting. I am definitely not a review type of person, but honestly with the disgrace of this property, no one should stay here!!!

Under the bed dirty, one bed had yellow stains on the sheets, other bed had random hairs under the flat sheet. But bathroom and tables and shelves, towels were clean.
