The staff was friendly and check-in was easy. The room was clean with comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. While we didn’t eat there, they had a yummy looking restaurant on site that is open 24 hrs.

Charged me over $500 when my stay was only $260. Stuck us in a room with a cracked hot tub and as soon as we complained about it, they told us we wouldn’t be charged for it and we’d be moved to another room. However, when we checked out two days later, they tried blaming us for a cracked hot tub that we never even used. Rude management. Won’t stay here again. And the room they moved us to had a toilet that didn’t want to flush all the way and there were ants around the tub

The hotel was fine for one night, but I was not able to find elevators for the second floor so hauling my family’s luggage up was a hassle. The room was clean, but the bathroom fixtures were very outdated and the water did not get very warm. The attached diner was very good and worth stopping by even if you’re not staying at the hotel.

The room was so damp there was so much moisture in the air plus the the refrigerator freezer section leaked all into our uncovered food items and through the take out boxes from restaurant. It was excellent but everything was not! The beds were subpar and as far as any amenities?? Pool was small and outdoor therefore shut down and they do not offer continental breakfast like almost all of the better hotels do. It’s located right next to a 24 hour gas station with a lot of resting traveling truckers so there’s business as you can imagine 24/7. Not a real safe place for women especially with kids to stay at alone at all!! The pillows were really fluffy though so there is that.

The room was pretty good. Was clean. The spa tub however, took forever to get hot. It also leaked at the temperature faucet, needing to use multiple towels from keeping it from going everywhere. All in all pretty good, but the main reason for getting the room was the spa tub, that was more hassle than what it was worth too use it.
