The bathroom sink was clogged, the TV cable and phone were disconnected, we had to order the shampoo like three times, the bed linens were messed up, my girlfriend developed a rash after the stay.

Informed front desk on Sunday about wet carpet was told maintenance will look at it and let us know if we needed a new room. Wake up in same room Monday and carpet felt like I was standing in a puddle. Went back to front desk and again was told maintenance will check. Just seemed like a lack of urgency for what could be a serious issue. Could be a leak or anything especially with it being hear the wall closest to bathroom and shower.

I had booked a King room, upon arrival was told that were overbooked and gave me a handicapped room, there was a stand alone sink, no where to put my make up, curling iron. I shouldn't have had to pay for the King Room which I booked, because the hotel couldnt accommodate my reservation.
