I will be making many trips to Chicago this year and I will never stay anywhere but this hotel. I loved it. Perfect place to stay.

Leave politics out of it!

When we got to our room, we turned on the television and discovered that the ONLY TV channel that would not work was Fox News. We had a maintenance person come check out the TV and he basically shrugged and admitted that the hotel was blocking it. It didn't occur to me before that that the Hyatt chain is run by the Pritzker family. I think this a pretty bush-league move by a national hotel chain. Political views should NOT be considered when providing service to a customer.

This was our first time staying here. We were pleasantly surprised. We liked having a sitting area in our room. The location was perfect. The area is walkable with lots of restaurants and a movie theater across the street. The only thing we would have changed would be to have a microwave in the room or at least on every floor. Overall we would definitely stay here again.
