No hot water available in our room. Only option we were given was to switch rooms to a queen room. Due to the fact that we are staying here for a follow up to my brain surgery 10 days ago, my husband and I cannot share a queen sized bed for fear of my head getting whacked. Now we are not even able to take showers in our room and were just told “sorry.”

very trendy decor for the room, very comfortable beds with excellent pillows. Hotel staff was friendly and the coffee and tea station in the lobby was perfect! Only complaint was the glass sliding bathroom door. The lock didn't work and it closed with a loud bang clang. More decorative than functional.

The reason for the poor review is that the staff at front desk let homeless in whom helped themselves to breakfast buffet and coffee station. It is unsanitary and not fair to paying customers. Its not a public place as the woman at front desk told me. Thats ridiculous! I didnt pay to eat at a soup kitchen.
