My room had no tv. The shower head did not work properly. When I presented the issues to the front desk, the Young man on 12/15 took my room info, told me he would be there to meet me and check it out. It has been over an hr. He hasn't shown, he is no where to be seen, i have called and nothing. This is ridiculous.

Room was adequate. Would be nice to refrigerator and microwave. New flooring. I tried to check in 15 minutes early and employee tried to charge me extra . When I returned at exactly 3pm, there as 6 people in line. Waited over 30 minutes to get checked in. I believe owners should be lineate a little on check in. The clerk also said my car would be towed if I didn’t give her my license plate number.

Supposed to be nonsmoking facility, but the 2nd floor hallway wreaked horribly of pot and tobacco. So bad, had to call and discuss the situation with the desk. Minimally helpful. Like that they are pet friendly, my dog did well there. Coffee available daily from 0600-1000 only. Not sure if I would stay there again.
