Stayed here for a wedding in mission. The restaurant pub was surprisingly decent. Hotel worked for what we needed and there are no options nearby. Breakfast was processed with limited healthy options. It was ok considering it was the only large hotel in the area. I would stay again if we needed to be in the area but would look elsewhere if I didn't need to be in mission.

I was disappointed to find out that I was charged for early check-in without any prior notice. Clear communication about fees is essential for a positive guest experience. This lack of transparency affected my overall impression of the service.

Booked room through Expedia and at check in did not have a credit card for deposit. I have done this numerous times and have paid visa debit and then been refunded. Worker would not accept that, would not refund nor would allow me to speak to a supervisor. Worker stated it’s not a managers problem it’s mine
