Courteous staff, clean room and fast check in. Was given. Erin the farthest away from the lobby in another building. No coffee available there and in the main lobby the machine was under maintenance so not even hot water. Had to catch a 5 am flight so had to trek in the rain quite a distance outside to get to lobby.

The toilet was clogged every time we went to the washroom we need to plunge the toilet for it to flush. This didn’t just happen this is ongoing plumbing issues. That was disappointing. They did however send up a plunger after we requested. The hot tub is running at half capacity can’t even tell the jets are on and pool extremely dirty. There is a visible dirt ring above the water. Expected better from Best Western Plus.

The Best Western hotels are generally consistent which I appreciate. My only issue with this one in particular is the amount of towels they provide or lack of in this case. When we travel, its nice to have more than one towel each, two is sufficient. Just a first world problem, but thats my only observation that I would change here.

my stay at the best western was fantastic! absolutely amazing staff. Extremely freindly and very helpful. the room was very clean.
