⚠️ WARNING: AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS ⚠️ I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I strongly advise you to stay away. My experience was unacceptable from start to finish. First, we booked through Expedia, clearly selecting a double room for a family of five. The listing showed two queen beds and another room with a king bed. The confirmation explicitly stated: “Double room Queen bed king bed.” But on arrival, we were given a single room with just one king and one queen bed, not what was booked, not what was paid for. What made this worse was the staff’s total lack of accountability. Not one person took responsibility. No apology, just excuses and complete indifference. As for breakfast – we stayed for six nights and were served the exact same poor-quality food every single day: bread, waffles, ice-cold boiled eggs, apples, yogurt, tea, and juice. No variety, no effort, no change. Every single time the bread needed refilling, staff used their bare hands to handle the bread, no gloves, no tongs, no sanitary precautions whatsoever. This is a serious hygiene violation and absolutely unacceptable in any food service setting.. The bathroom was another disaster. A black rubber plug placed in the sink drain slowed water drainage so badly that brushing your teeth meant staring at a disgusting mess for minutes. The toilet didn’t even flush properly you had to hold the flush handle down each time. This stay was deeply disappointing,and frustrating.

Poor breakfast, few options, had to ask for item refills. Mold in bathroom fan and in corner on wall behind toilet, had to clean food from microwave before use, bathroom door had no latch. People running on second floor and hollering. Asked for extra blankets...was told they would arrive right away..waited 35 minutes and asked two more times. Given a pet friendly room when we specifically asked NOT due to allergies. Room upgrade offered...but wanted to charge an extra $40 per night.
