Staff were friendly. Room was great. On top floor so we didn't have to worry about noise from above. Has a oncluded continental breakfast and lots of restaurants nearby.

Parking underground secure and easy to access. Room was clean but poor water pressure in 4th floor room. Pool was closed (just for Saturday they said) but it looked very dirty and discoloured and like it would take longer than that day to get back to safe conditions. Breakfast was adequate but it was really hard cutting overdone waffles with wooden knives and forks, both of which splintered when trying to saw through the waffle!

Didn’t get to use the hot tub as we were there for a concert and check in wasn’t till 3 and check out at 11. Hi tub open 10-10. Paid double the price for the room as there was a concert at abotsford center! Ridiculous! Scammers!

The only complaint are those tiny plastic bottles with the body cleanser, shampoo and conditioner. Very hard to get them out of the bottles. A real pain. Need hand soap container or bars. Tiny plastic containers are not eco friendly. I can[t imagine the waste of everyone using those containers. Very bad for the environment. Other wise we had a good time. Parking garage was excellent.

The property was fine. My issue wsd when I booked the room I was quoted a rate of $116. I used Trivago, I am Canadian, traveling in Canada. The desk clerk gave me a higher rate $140, saying the the quote was in U.S. $ I think I was taken! Waswas in U
