Friendly staff, lovely rooms, great amenities. It was a lovely staycation, thr team are hospitable. Would definitely love to stay here again.

Amazing place to stay in Sydney. Very well priced for what your offered. Had a free upgrade to the penthouse and cannot recommend enough. Staff and the location are top.

When you search for 2 adults and 3 children, a room at the Rydges hotel comes up and offers you a family suite. Many hotels will say unavailable as most family rooms will only accommodate 4 people. We didn’t expect that we would have to pay an extra $80 on top of the $550 we already paid for an extra bed to accommodate the 3rd child. If they are advertising that the room suits 5 people, that should be included in the price, otherwise don’t advertise it as sleeping 5 people. We didnt pay the extra $80 and our son slept on pillows on the ground as there was no couch that he could sleep on either. Felt like it was false advertisement.

Misleading pics online. Pool a let down.. spa? That was not a spa..Tiny corner in germy pool I did not want to swim in. Room smelt terrible, like old cigarettes so bad, and this was the Top floor executive suit they tried to upgrade me to.. that looked over construction site. Yucky balcony! Staff were kind enough to move me to another room. Would not stay again. 😞
