Brilliant location if you are flying in or out , room was very clean and had everything you need . The restaurant was a fantastic surprise .. the food was excellent and the staff very good. The only criticism is with the front desk team, the two I interacted with were cold , surly and I was made to reel like I was an inconvenience. That aside I would recommend this hotel

Beautiful place to stay

Wonderful stay at the W. The room was very spacious and welcoming. We felt right at home. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and attentive to our needs. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend staying here.

A stay here is a pleasant change from the average. While maintaining high standards, Pullman Hyde Park is just little understated and less try hard. Staff are friendly and quietly efficient without gushing, rooms are stripped of all the annoying non essentials, eg mini fridge is not stuffed with overpriced booze and snacks, room not littered with brochures and menus which can be accessed on line. The restaurant is excellent with a casual and welcoming vibe, but best catering surprise is that the breakfast options include lighter à la carte options and not just the standard big hotel big price big buffet deal. The only downside is the perilously steep and cramped subterranean car park, where there are few accessible spaces for larger vehicles.
