There is a coin laundry however no change machine or laundry soap or dryer sheets available for sale. I feel it would be worth the expense for those who need the convience. Front desk staff were amazing and super friendly. I am sorry I didnt get her name but she is British.

Great value

I always give this hotel the best ratings and reviews because if you need anything the staff here takes care of it. Very consistent and reliable for value when other hotels in the area are gouging because of reasons. Covid was a good one but that ship sailed. Who knows what the reason is now but people are looking for great value and this is by far the best.

Our room was a decent size this time, but the heater/fan was unpredictable—loud and smelled mouldy. The water pressure was awful; it took nearly 30 minutes just to fill the tub halfway. The breakfast was repetitive and unremarkable. The hard-boiled eggs weren’t fresh; they seemed to be the same ones sitting there all week. The manager’s behavior was odd—asking daily if we were smoking in the room, despite having a young child and being clearly seen smoking outside. Housekeeping was aggressive with 9 a.m. sharp knocks that felt more like police raids, even on checkout day. The calls from the hotel started around 9:30 a.m., pressuring us to leave, even though checkout isn’t until 11 a.m. Lastly, the manager constantly watching you creates a really uncomfortable atmosphere. Just something to be aware of You get what you pay for I suppose with this one.

We chose this location because it is pet friendly. This hotel is not the fanciest but the bed was comfortable , room was clean, the staff were lovely, breakfast was plentiful and tasty. There was lots of space to walk my pup as well. We will definitely return to explore Brockville. We booked a king room but next time we would book a suite. Prices for either room are very affordable.
