I had an excellent stay at a lovely Hotel Monterey Edelhof in Sapporo. The staff were friendly and professional, and check-in was quick and easy. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with great amenities like a humidifier and a cozy bed. The hotel’s location was perfect — close to public transport, restaurants, and major attractions, yet quiet at night. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapporo.

So great funky little hotel. Caught the dj set on friday and it was so fun to chill. Breakfast is procey since the hotel restaurant is swanky but awesome bakery rught next door. Loved the layout so cute!

Wow! I’d give it more stars if I could! The rooms are gorgeous and have lots of space. Comfy beds, great care products too. The breakfast buffet was amazing also-lots of fresh vegetables and fruit. A real treat and the best hotel I stayed at in my 3 weeks in Japan!

As always, it was a pleasant stay. Very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Looking forward for another Mitsui stay! Keep it up! I forgot to pack my medicine kit and my hair clip. I emailed them upon arriving home. I hope they would find it and keep safe till my friend’s trip in June.

Conveniently located in airport, great customer service and breakfast buffet. Will stay again if traveling via Chitose.
