Great reasonably priced hotel with great parking and easy to walk to the connector, museum area, restaurants, the river and other sites. Room was comfortable and clean, staff was friendly, everything was easy and nice. Only thing is the breakfast, it's not included which is fine, but don't pay for it, not worth it and terrible food. Not sure if it's run by the hotel but definitely find another spot nearby.

Mold on food that was served for breakfast. (Premade waffles) Pointed it out to server and she rushed it away to only bring back the and container within minutes. Probably wash the container the waffles were in. When I notified hotel staff they could care less. Had to order food else where and paid double the price. The day before I ordered fries and when I paid the cashier walked away and picketed the money and threw away my receipt without asking if I wanted it. The manager at the hotel after mentioning this 2xs didn’t really care. Not a trustworthy hotel AT ALL

We were in town for a concert at the Heritage Bank Center and the location was perfect. There is a very convenient parking garage right next door and many restaurants in the area. This is a very beautifully decorated hotel. Our room was very comfortable and large but at arrival there was no toilet paper in the room and it took multiple requests unanswered when I finally went down and the kind front desk attendant found some for me. That was our only hiccup. Overall great stay in a great location.
