Room was very clean, atmosphere and clientele can be a little “Boisterous” at times… overall a good experience, I wish they would do something about the entry down by the pool: the room keys don’t work there, so if your room is at that end of the building, it is quite a long walk getting there, especially if you’re carrying a suitcase or something into the room This place is a good value

Boogers wiped on the walls, hair in the bath tub, ac unit door was broken and worked intermittently. Toilet kept running so couldn’t flush the toilet for hours at a time. Food and rose petals on the ground. Cleanliness was not up to par.

The hotel is really nice, especially since the updates. The pool area is clean and serene and a whole vibe. The smell of the hotel and rooms and really nice. Friendly staff and convenient location. Easy check in and check out. Will definitely revisit in the near future.

Your smoke is my business when it fills my room

The hotel smelled like marijuana all weekend. I am asthmatic and asked the front desk several times if smoking guests could move to another location. My room smelled weird with the mixture of weed. So now, my lungs hurt. I am disappointed.

Booked for pool, never used

Book this hotel for the location and the pool. Was not able to use the pool Saturday night when we were ready to use it. Was not cleaned up efficiently after a child incident. We asked for paper plates for our room and they were unable to help us with that. I could have paid less for staying down the street without a pool overall it could have been a lot better

Horrible hotel do not stay.

Waited 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk for us to check in. Room smelled horrible, air conditioner did not work. As soon as we go to check into our room the front desk person informed us that some kid threw up in the pool and it would be closed for a hour so it could clean its self out lol, it was 10pm why not just close the pool for the night and clean it properly. We checked out of the room 15 minutes after we checked in. Would did not get a refund for the night but that was fine because we wouldn't have stayed there anyways.

New staff & management would make hotel better

Overall...okay hotel. Service and management terrible. I stayed 4 nights with a friend to attend VOA concert. First morning we had water standing in tub after showers,informed front desk,waited....we left for concert, came back 11:30 pm..need shower,I had to ask for plunger and plunge MYSELF!! POOL area was a mess, no towels...we wouldn"t go in.
