Great Service!

When we arrived there was an issue with our room. It was booked through a 3rd party and our reservation was booked as the night before (Friday) even though on our confirmation it was for Saturday. The Manager got to work immediately and worked with us to get the situation taken care of!

Pictures of the property online do not match it in person. It's not very clean, pool was nasty, firetables weren't operational. Breakfast we were told ends at 10 we showed up just before 9 and they were cleaning up and missed pretty much most of the food because they close at 9.

We’ve stayed here a few times before but it has gone down hill since our last stay. The staff is kind and polite, but the rooms left a lot to be desired. We had a comforter and sheet that had nasty stains on them, the non smoking hallways smelled like marijuana. The pool was so cloudy the interior room burned our eyes. Then, not that this will be a reoccurring thing, but perhaps due to the price it may be, there was a lot of unsupervised youth in the pool area, the fire pits, and the hallways that were screaming running and knocking on doors. I’m all for some good fun, but it continued well past midnight and then restarted in the morning around 7:30am. Not the greatest night sleep. The breakfast food was basic, but fine. Sadly won’t be coming back.
