Our room smelled of cigarettes and chemicals. In addition, the hallway outside our room smelled of weed at times. The complimentary breakfast the following morning was serving cold eggs and cold sausage.

There were kids screaming and crying until 3 am. The staff tried several times to get them to quiet down, but it was questionable behavior from that room. It sounded like a bunch of unsupervised young children. It took multiple calls to the staff. I don’t normally complain or review anything, but I was borderline ready to call someone to investigate outside of the hotel staff. Something is very off when you have very loud thuds and death curdling screams for hours on end in a hotel. We ended up oversleeping breakfast because we were up half the night. We made it around 8:45 and there wasn’t even coffee left. Couldn’t make coffee in our room because the little pot smelled like urine and had chunks coming out of it. Desk staff was super nice, though.

So the facility looks nice my main complaints were the hallways always smelled like weed. It was really strong. Then went up to the second floor and sat at the tables where the breakfast is served after it closed to sit and do homework. Well there were roaches crawling on the counter. I asked two days in a row to have my room cleaned, one day I event reminded them I asked for it to be cleaned that morning and to check to make sure I was on the list. I was told I was. No one ever came. I had to put bags of trash in the hallway to be picked up along with dirty towels for them to pick them up and go get towels from the front desk. I was there 6 days. No one ever came to change the sheets. This was a work school trip so I was only there to sleep between clinical rotations. So it would of been nice to be able to just go back to my room and have it clean and fresh towels there without me having to walk back to the counter after a long day to retrieve them.

The staff are kind and respectful. The carpet in the rooms are extremely dirty you can see the dirt throughout the room if you compare the carpet to the carpet thats agains the wall. You have to request room service, i requested room service and no one ever showed up. I saw a roach run across the counter where breakfast sits. The property looks nice but its dirty.

Horrible service, lazy, ev charger doesn't work

The handle bar in the pool is broken, the hotel room is tiny and dingy. But what pissed me off was the ev charger didn't work, and that's the only reason I chose this hotel. As I'm leaving I see they reset the fuse and it worked. They couldn't just do that during my stay instead of saying it's not their problem and having me drive somewhere to charge and walk back then walk back and get it.
