Workers was very nice. Stay was ok not mind blowing. The bed WAS AMAZING!!!! We really wanted to swim but the indoor pool was FREEZING even tho they said it was a heated pool. Breakfast area was also freezing. Breakfast was good tho.

Nice room, clean, quiet. Accidentally put me in someone else's room - it's rare but it happens, they quickly fixed it. But please, for the love of god, you've got to fix the blinking light outside the building. It blinked light into the room even with the curtains closed.

We really enjoyed our girls weekend for my daughter's 20th birthday. Very close to Dave and Busters and Full Throttle we did one place each day. The pool was great and the front desk clerk Tyree (hope im spelling it right) was very helpful and welcoming! Whoever was working front desk our second night wasn't helpful at all. My girls requested pool towels and nobody came. Same night 2 hours later I also requested pool towels(nothing).. I am always patient because I do understand customer service and limited staff but this was unacceptable after 2 hours of waiting. I would stay again because the price was amazing!

Check-in took longer than other properties where they had to call manager to reinstate my booking, even after I called ahead of time. I stopped at front desk couple of times but there was no one at the desk, and no one picked call. The food was mediocre at its best, everything is just heated up from packets, even the bagels and bread. The pan cake machine was broken, never heard of yogurt brand and smelled very yucky. The only things that were good in breakfast is cereal bar boxes without milk and oranges.

They charge too many fees/ deposits. These expenses were actually higher than the room. The hotel was clean and neat. I just didn't appreciate all of the fees.

Booked this hotel specifically for the pool. Called before booking to make sure pool was open and heated. Was assured that it was. 6 year old and 10 year old (this was 10 year old birthday present) excitedly got in their swimsuits and jumped in the pool and it was freezing cold. So they got out and never got back in again so we wasted $300 on two nights. We had our choice of hundreds of hotels in various areas and chose this one for the pool. To say we were disappointed is an understatement trying to make the best of it, we got ballon’s and a cake and set it up at one of the tables in pool area. To employees were there in minutes and told us no balloons and pool area no cake in pool area no parties. There were two adult adults and two kids so not really a party. So we gathered our things and went down the street to Dave & Buster’s to celebrate a birthday. The kids ended up going home with the grandparents instead of going back to the hotel because there was no reason to go back there. Waste of time waste of money, huge disappointment. I will be requesting a refund and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Was the worst place I’ve ever stayed at couldn’t sleep. Nothing. Loud people. Lady getting naked in front of building. Police and drug addicts all around. Rude staff. Very unprofessional I did not even stay for the next day I paid for it was so bad
