My third floor room smelled musty and the elevator was making noises that made me nervous. I didn’t visit the pool or outdoor area. Morning breakfast appeared to be slim pickings, but I didn’t eat anything. It was ok for a one night stay. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I left early wasn’t happy with the room pool or water pressure. Never stayed the whole night. Tried to relax and shower with my baby either the water was scolding hot or ice cold was no in the middle Left around 10 couldn’t rlly press the issue as I was checking out because I had a uber waiting on me. Kept saying they couldn’t give no refund or even half a refund but I got protection on my stay

For the price, the hotel was just okay. We stayed at a different hotel at the beginning of our trip for less money and this one was about the same. It didn't seem to be any better, but cost $50 more. The pool could have been cleaner and there were no towels at the pool. We only had 2 towels in our bathroom, so couldn't use those either. Breakfast was pretty good and the receptionist was very nice though.

Our room was 106 and it was clean but I found the stone/pit from a peach laying right bedside the mini fridge and it was fresh. The air conditioning did not work properly in our room and there was a lot of humidity in the room. From the minute we walked in our room we found the carpet to be damp and it felt the same way next morning when we woke up and clothes were damp as well. Our reservation was for 3 people but there were only 2 towels in the bathroom..The phone in our room did not work so I had to go out of our room to ask the house keeper to please give me an extra towel and she said she didn’t have any and that I needed to go to the front desk to ask for one and when I did that, I had to wait until the clerk went to get one from the laundry room.. if the room has 2 queen beds and it is supposed to be for 4 people there should be 4 towels in the bathroom and I should not have to go hunting for a third towel. Oh, and the microwave in our room didn’t work either. We will not stay at this hotel again.

Room was great. Service desk were nice people. Had a hard time checking in because the rooms weren’t correct in the system. We had 2 rooms under one name and they split it in 2 names. Didn’t put the rooms next to each other like in the notes so agreed to put across from hall. Didn’t not do that either and our second room upstairs. Had late check out and even asked front desk to make sure weren’t disturbed by house keeping. Was garunteed and still knocked an hour early. Overall, was a great room and nice people at the desk, just too many mix ups. Would stay again but will call ahead for sure to try and make sure rooms are correct
