It was a nice room and the staff were great. We were disappointed that the TVs didn't work. Also, we were unable to adjust the temperature in the room as it got too warm at night. Breakfast options were great!

The property isn’t anything special - not worth the price. Hard to enjoy the pool as a family when many different swimming lessons are happening. No where to sit and eat as a group .. we asked to sit in the dining room to enjoy dinner with another family and they tried to charge us for it. The front desk staff is awful. I had to wait on a few occasions for the guy to get off his phone and help me (check in, asking for dinning room, checking out etc).

Another family traveling with us was refused their stay on check in because they had 3 children in the room which put them at 5 also there was no hot water for one of my children to take a shower and we were questioned when we asked for extra Kleenex and toilet paper. Also some ofmy towels were taken from the room and not replaced

The heating/AC unit in the room was not working. They did not inform us of it whatsoever. After a call at the front desk, we noticed they had put a portable heater in the room. We wouldn’t have stayed in that room if we would have known it advance and they couldn't move us to another room. Management should not book a room with broken equipment.

Worst hotel ever. Unsafe.

Hands down, the worst hotel we've ever stayed at. Didn't feel safe. Shady characters and the entire place smells like weed. Had to place a towel at the base of our door to keep the stench out. If this is an acceptable standard for the Super 8 brand, we're just going to entirely avoid Super 8 going forward. Brutal.
