Room was great. Clean and comfortable. We only had 1 face towel in the room and I waited 45 mins prior to check out for toothpaste. Those are minor. This hotel is beautiful and I will be back.

The breakfast was great The staff when we checked in was super friendly, but she did not explain that I had to get a paper form them to be exempt from paying $20 for parking in the car garage-so I had to pay $20 for that. :( The sheet/blanket had a brown spot in the top corner The lamp would not charge my phone, and then the light bulb ended up going out

Loved the look of the building and where it was located but the one thing I didn't like was there was no stairs. Everyone had to use the elevator.

Wonderful place to stay. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Definately would stay again.

Clean and tidy place

The hotel was clean and looked amazing. Apart from the first employee we talked to, he was great, the others were awful. Waited ages for a drink until another employee walked by. No “how was your stay” or “thanks for staying” or nothing when we checked out. Just a rude “printed receipt or email.” Was highly disappointed considering the price
