Of the 3 elevators only one consistently worked, also slow and not smooth. We couldn’t get to hotel due to police blocking off road to let traffic out of parking after basketball game. We had to wait an hour and 20 minutes after a 12 hour vehicle ride to get there. Desk hostess was nice but valet workers were sketchy. Also my vehicle was parked on the street and could have side swiped. I assumed it wouldn’t be parked in a parking garage. Room was ok, bathroom was small.

From the moment of entry disgruntled employees broken elevators sidewalks covered in snow and ice bathroom was not cleaned shower head was broke hair in shower from prior occupants phone charging not up to dat bed lamps didn’t work electrical outlet didn’t work properly tv stations and accommodation was outdated the remote wouldn’t turn the tv off had to do my hand paid for breakfast and we didn’t get it paid for a buffet that didn’t include drinks or coffee was very disappointed
