I should have figured out I made a mistake when I stepped off the elevator to the overflowing trash can by the ice machine. The air conditioner/heater unit in our room had the control panel damaged. We had to call the front desk for assistance. They were able to make it function. No tissues in the room. When we asked for a box they told us they did not have them and gave us a roll of toilet paper. There was a dog that barked all night the first night across the hall. The second night the dog again barked constantly. The police ended up being called. I think they must have removed the dog as the barking stopped.

Well place is run down on the outside. Clearly has people living there with animals. Staff was friendly at check in but was not as accommodating when I went down to turn in my key cards and ask for a refund due to having a cockroach in my bathroom. They acted like it was no big deal and refused a refund told me to call in the morning and speak to the manager. Room was not the cleanest and had a piece of molding near the air conditioning unit that was broken. Needless to say we are currently driving home back to New York. I should not have to deal with roaches, means it’s dirty and unkept.

This place is dirty and in disrepair. Door lock didn’t work with the key card. Gave a new room. New room had 1 drawer that actually opened and closed.The other 2 were broken. Hair dryer didn’t work in the bathroom. The safety lock on the door didn’t work. I messaged the hotel and they did nothing.staff was nice but the stuff allowed was rediculous. The clients here were more residents. There were roaches and neglect which is poor management! No one should be allowed to run a facility like this!

The room had a horrible mildew odor , the carpets were stained and ripped , the blanket had a huge burn hole and when I asked for another one they had none , no amenties in bedroom the air conditioner did not not work and it was Filthy I had to clean it before using and we couldn’t sleep comfortably

Stood at the desk for almost 10 min waiting for the lady to get off the phone. Seems to have been a personal call about a stupid fight on Friday!! The floor was dirty the toilet wouldn’t flush right. I was here before and it was nice but now not so much I will find another place to stay next time my dog walked in the floor and when he jumped on the bed his prints were there smh. I cleaned up where I spilled water and that’s how dirty the floor was just in front of the sink. Pics attached

It's definitely one of those places where you get what you pay for. The hotel itself is not nice, but the rooms were definitely clean and comfortable. The area it's in is a little rough- a lot of people hang out outside of the building smoking, etc., so something to be mindful of if you're a female on your own. They were nice enough to let me check in earlier because I had a wedding to prepare for, but did charge $40USD (which was worth it overall). Lots of gas stations and places to eat nearby. Right off the highway as well which was nice. I do recommend overall, but don't expect luxury.
