Our room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very helpful, and the pricing was fair. We enjoyed all the amenities the hotel had to offer and will definitely be back again one day.

Loved our stay here! Clean, cozy, convenient. What I was most impressed by was how quiet it was in our room. We were running the Sinister 7 Ultra and were worried we wouldn't sleep well with one of our neighbours (it was a group and they were quite loud/playing music). However, we were very surprised when entering our room, we could barely hear them next door! We both got a great sleep and our beds were so comfy... perfect for after running a long race! The location is quiet too, not too far from everything. The pool is nice and while we did appreciate that it has an Alexa you can use in there, we only got to use it for a little while before another group came in and changed it haha. The only slight con was that their bar was closed earlier than we thought, so we were turned away when we got there. Not a big deal however, Boston Pizza wasn't too far from the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the breakfast was definitely a step up from your typical hotel breakfast. We didn’t have time to use the pool so we cannot comment on that however it did look nice. We would definitely stay here again!

I’m not sure if it’s because I booked though Expedia or what but I think they put us in the worst room in the hotel. One there is no elevator and so I had to drag my suitcase up 2 flights of stairs. Secondly in the room the ac was not working. They had someone come fix it and it still did not work. The tv was so messed up the color was very very red and bad quality. The phone also did not work. So I asked to switch rooms for the next night. And it was definitely an upgrade. Working slightly newer ac and tv. But the part that made it better was the front desk staff, very lovely ladies. Minus the girl working in the restaurant. Good pool and hot tub hope they get the disco ball working.

Would be nice to have a free standing ice machine and not have to ask at the desk. Not a big deal and would still highly recommend staying here! Beautiful pool and super friendly front desk staff.

Sub Par Experience

We were told we should have notified them about our 2 small dogs in advance, as there is only a few rooms for pets. Even after it is listed as Pet Friendly. Apparently Hotels.com was suppose to inform us, however we did not get any notification. So a slight delay in checking in as we had to wait for the room to be cleaned at 8:00 PM. First thing we noticed was the left over Potato Salad and Sliced apples in the fridge from the previous guests. Not a biggy as they were in containers. However when trying to have a shower in the morning, the entire hot water tap came off in my hand, and there was no way to turn on the water.... So, in charging an extra $20.00 Pet Fee, the delay in checking in, and extra food goodies from the previous guests, I do not feel it was worth the $198.63 CDN we paid in total....Most likely won't be staying again....
