The hotel was nothing like what was advertised, and I encountered serious cleanliness issues and health hazards that made my stay unbearable. • Dirty Room: Upon arrival, I found hair all over the sheets and throughout the room. Despite reporting it, it took the hotel two days to provide fresh linens. • Cockroach in the Bathroom: I discovered a large cockroach in the shower, which is completely unacceptable and raises major concerns about hygiene and maintenance. • False Advertising – Non-Smoking Hotel: The hotel was advertised as non-smoking, yet the strong smell of smoke was present throughout the property. This negatively impacted my breathing and made my stay extremely uncomfortable.

The stay from HELL.

There were roaches! They towed my car because the new associate forgot to give me a parking pass. People were laying in the hallway both nights i stayed here.
