The room was freezing and the bed only had a very thin sheet covering it. We couldn’t get the heater working so they sent someone up to fix it. They got it working but it stopped right away. I appreciated the help and he was really nice but I wanted to sleep not wait around for the heater to get fixed. I didn’t sleep well because I kept waking up cold. Also the shower was only lukewarm. I spent a lot of money on this room and was disappointed to not sleep well.

Comfortable place to stay

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There is daily housekeeping. Our requests were dealt with immediately. Soap and shampoo dispensers would be an improvement on a bar of soap (no soap dish provided) and plastic bottles for shampoo etc. The restaurant is convenient for breakfast and has reasonably priced meals. We would stay here again.

Friendly and helpful staff; large renovated rooms; close to various attractions e.g walking trails, Blue Mountain Village, shopping, golf, etc. We took advantage of the indoor and outdoor pools as well as the shuffleboard and horseshoe games available. Plenty of parking available and we had meal options with the restaurant onsite when needed.
