I am shocked that a property like this exists in the United States. I truly would have believed an experience like this could only be had in countries with far less regulation and far more poverty. It was filth ridden, decrepit, and unsafe. Missing smoke detectors, outlet covers, lamp shades. Nearly every surface was stained, broken, or marred in some way. It took three tries to be placed in a room with working AC, and then I was never even given a room card. There is no phone to reach the desk. Glimpsing the other residents and their appearance and demeanor left me feeling unsafe. There were drunk men in the parking lot being loud and obnoxious. I am almost sure that a stay in prison would be better than this location. I guarantee you it is cleaner, and up to code in prison.

I dont recommend this for family stay, I felt unsafe here looking at the surroundings and people staying there. I didnt check in and avoided staying here. Didn't bother to get any refunds and took another option of Extended Stay near by. Pictures provided on website seems to be very different frok the property.

Absolutely disgusting!

It was extremely filthy, floors turned the bottom of my feet black, the walls were greasy, the stovetops were filthy, I saw several cockroaches crawling on the wall, the mattresses were covered in stains. Overall, the health department should step in, this place should be shut down! No one should have to pay good money to stay here!

I stayed here as a quick getaway for the night and immediately regretted it. When I pulled into the parking lot to check in, there were several sketchy figures and vagrants loitering in the parking lot. This did not change throughout the night. Staff was very sweet and accommodating so that gave me assurance that maybe my initial read was incorrect. That was quickly proven wrong when I arrived at the room. •The AC/Heater was disassembled and pieces were missing so I couldn’t re-assemble it. •Sheets were covered in hair and had multiple cigarette burns through them. •The floor was sticky and turned my feet black in only one night. •There was blood strewn across the inside of the front door. • And lastly, the entire facility was engulfed with the smell of urine. Didn’t get much sleep due to the vagrant presence in the parking lot. I felt uncomfortable leaving my vehicle unattended all night so I woke up many times to check that it was still secure. Fortunately nothing was touched, but I was still left uneasy. If you are looking for the bare essentials in a budget hotel and don’t have much in the ways of standards, this hotel is the place for you. If neither of those sound like you, reconsider.

Great photo ofnthe property but its seen better days. You definitely get what you paid for. Even the locals say the place is crap. Expedia you should pay more attention to who you list.

The area outside felt very shady. A lot of homeless hung out by the dumpster outside. My adult son got offered drugs for a water bottle when he was gather them from our vehicle. The room itself was okay if you need a cheap place to stay.

Very disappointing

I hate giving it such a poor rating, as the room was fine, the bed was comfortable, and there was a lovely park to walk to nearby, but there was definitely a lack of communication. They sent me an email telling me there were no toiletries so be such to bring my own shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, etc. What they didn't tell me was that despite the kitchenette, they did not provide cookware, utensils, dishes or a coffee pot. I have never stayed at a place with a kitchenette that didn't provide at least a few basics. Only one of the outlets in the kitchen worked. There was no dish soap or scrubbers, no drain plug in order to wash dishes, and no trash bags or waste paper basket any where. The bathroom had one bath towel, a bathmat, three wash cloths, and no hand towels. The bathroom sink did not drain properly. When I brushed my teeth at night, I had to let the water sit and slowly drain out by morning. The internet was very unstable, as my laptop kept reminding me, and I ended up missing part of the online seminar I was there to take part in.

I had to wait for almost 45 minutes for someone to come to the office to check me in. They did have a note that said walking property however I saw the young lady come from the gas station next door don't think that's their property which was fine but I checked in I had an errand to run and when I came back I went to the room it was dark because it was after 9:00 I guess by the time I finally got back I went to bed watched a little bit of TV and I went to bed and I woke up at 8:00 the next morning the first thing I see when I opened my eyes is what I believe could be blood splatter on the ceiling as I looked around a little bit more as I broke up I found the same substance on the floor I went to the office and asked her if there was anyone that could come look at this stuff on my floor and ceiling because I thought it was but she did tell me that no one was here that could do that I said I'm checking out anyway no big deal it was a big deal but I just didn't want to deal with her. The first thing she said oh no that's not but that's ink no and even if it was ink why didn't they clean it up it looked like his had been there for a very long time I just was overall not at all happy with this place.
