The hot tub was broken and we had several light bulbs out. Otherwiseit was a nice place to stay. Rick the property manager was super awesome.
Loved everything about this gem. Tim, the host/manager was a saint helping is with our questions and still having such a helpful , positive attitude . It’s not Ritz Carlton snooty patootie 5* but it’s a 5* wonderful experience .
Bed sheets and pillows covers were not the cleanest, noisy place, floors make a lot of noise when people walk around. Shower tub grime.
I would not recommend if you trying to relax and have a good night sleep.
Safe and clean place to stay nestled between beautiful views of the mountains. The staff was friendly and made sure everything was above par. Thank you!
Very disappointed!! Not what pictutes shown. Small out dated coffee pot did not work. Dusty, no place to sit, othet than the bed. Shower was moldy. Not worth the money. We checked out 2 days early. DISAPPOINTED!!!
If you’re looking for a peaceful mountain escape just minutes from Manitou Springs and Colorado Springs, Green Mountain Falls Lodge is an absolute hidden gem! Tucked away in a quiet mountain town, this place is perfect for anyone wanting to unplug from the noise and reconnect with nature. We saw deer right outside our room and woke up each morning to the sound of birds and the crisp mountain air.
Do yourself a favor and splurge on the best room with the jetted hot tub in the room—you will not be disappointed. The room was absolutely incredible: spacious, beautifully decorated, and the private hot tub was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. But the real showstopper? The views. We had a massive back patio all to ourselves with panoramic mountain scenery that looked like something out of a postcard.
A special shoutout to Tim, the manager, who was so welcoming and helpful during our stay. You can tell he really cares about making sure guests have a great experience.
We’ll definitely be back—this lodge is truly something special.
The room was clean but nothing like the pictures on their website...too small for the bed, no extra seating.
Mainly, there was little to no hot water.
Room had jacuzzi tub with overhead shower. Difficult for seniors as you are standing in the tub. Okay for overnight.

It definitely was not worth 200 for. And the pictures do not match the way the room looked.
Absolutely the best stay! The view was BEAUTIFUL! The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The spa tub was the highlight! We ate at The Blue Moose Tavern, super friendly staff and delicious food! We will definitely stay again!
I arrived late evening and I couldn’t see anything there where no lights to show you that the parking area is in top of the hill no signs saying things the entrance i seriously just walk in I always stay in green mountain falls in Airbnb fox den cabin on top pass little beaver inn but they were sold out of rooms and i decided to stay in town still but this was my first and last time it was my 5th time returning the pictures need to be updated the hot tub was not open I don’t even know if it worked or not I was just not satisfied with my 5 day stay needs a lot more work and to be cleaned properly there was hair all over the bed when I arrived then looked up and the ceiling fan was just horrible dirty
