The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was very quiet even next to the pool. Everything was clean and inviting. Will definitely be back.

Front entrance was a little dark - at first wasn't sure if the lobby was open or not. Would have been nice if there was a safe in the room in order to store valuables. Breakfast was very good. Staff was attentive and pleasant and kept the food and seating areas clean and well stocked. Good selection of different coffee products and beverages including bottled water.

Incredible. Property is tucked away in a safe area which is very close to all kinds of shopping and food. Room was very clean, spacious, and had a huge in room fridge. Shower was very nice with plenty of included toiletries. The pool and hot tub were open and nicely warmed. Included breakfast was nice with coffee and espresso machine available 24/7. Overall for the price this is essentially a 4 star property. Highly recommend.

The room was okay. The staff was kind. They did not come in and clean the room or even offer to clean the room. The bathrooms in the hall were also dirty, and I went back about an hour later, and they were still dirty.

The breakfast was OK there was never enough food. They were always constantly making it and restocking options are limited, but the hotel was cool and clean. Staff was always friendly. The pool area was always good too.

The woman at check-in knew the process inside and out, efficiently sharing everything we needed to know. The refrigerator, microwave, and TV worked properly. I did not notice any noise from I-70. The room was clean, with evidence of recent maintenance like neat caulking around the tub. Hot water was always available. The mattresses were particularly comfortable! The low-flow shower fixture is not ideal for folks with thick hair; multiple settings help, but can only do so much. Listen for any air conditioner/heater noises before you settle into the room. (I assume that this would have been dealt with, but did not call the front desk.)

The Presidential Suite was perfect! It was large, two rooms plus the bathroom. It was like a tiny one bedroom apartments without a stove. We hired a mobile massage company for a one-hour couples massage and it was perfect! I highly recommend Just Relax Professionals, Ms LaToyia and Ms. Drea were great! They were professional, very talented and friendly! The hot tub was clean, in perfect working order, it is older, but so am I and I am still in perfect working order too. ;-) The front desk was very friendly, even calling me to tell me I left my oil diffuser. They gave me extra sheets and pillow cases for the massages without issue! Their 24/7 Keurig machine is a godsend! Lots of amazing coffee choices! I will defintely stay here again and I look forward to it! It was the decompressing, relaxing night my husband and I needed!

Everything was great! The room was clean & comfy the bed was extra soft & padded, the blackout curtains worked great, even the shower and tub both worked beautifully. My only possible complaint was that I could hear EVERYTHING in the hallway from the loud clattering luggage carts to people talking, but that was most likely due to my room being right by the hallway door. Otherwise tho everything else was perfect!
