The staff at the desk was very nice and accommodating. But the property seems dirty, in the rooms mostly. Massive stain on our floor. Dirty shower. Toilet would heavily leak when flushed

Would Not Stay Again

Hotel was OK for an overnight stay. After paying $12 for parking & returning from Ballet, there was no parking. When inquiring at the desk. Was told there was additional parking at other locations nearby. This was never communicated upon checking in. We assumed the parking charge was for parking (although very limited) was for guaranteed parking in front of hotel. Nobody wants to park next door, behind the building or across the street in snowy, cold temps after assuming they would be parking at the hotel. Night attendant wasn’t very pleasant when expressed concern. Would have been nice to explain this upon checking. Additionally, only 1 very slow elevator was less than convenient.
