We’ve stayed at this property several times when we came to town to ride in the James Pelotonia RIDE. It’s a convenient location not far from the ride start I’ve always found it to be friendly and clean. We understand they’re going through a renovation right now which is good really hoping they get more updated outlets with USB’s and type C charge ports

Perfect place if you want to step back in time...

This hotel is so outdated it's sad. The staff were amazing but the hotel is desperately in need of renovation. At least get it up to the 1990s era...

The room was clean and location was fantastic for touring around Columbus without having to drive a lot. The staff was helpful with any questions. Breakfast wasn’t free but it was tasty. There was an over-powering air freshener scent on the main floor elevator lobby that was off putting.

Columbus did not disappoint

The staf was extremely friendly and very helpful and patient. They knew exactly what events were going on in the city. The room was ok but it wasn’t too specific about the view of the city side and the view of the river. We were facing the city side but saw absolutely nothing in the city. That was the only down side. I know next time which side to reserve. Other than that our stay was great. I will definitely book this hotel again.

Mediocre

Hotel stay was alright. You had to pay $25 for parking and the stay did not include complementary breakfast. You have to pay $16 per person for breakfast buffet which was so not worth it. Eggs, bacon, sausage, bland French toast, some fruit, glob of oatmeal, a public bowl of yogurt with one spoon to grab from and put on ur plate, and then some below average bagels and weird pastries. Oh almost forgot the public bowl of ketchup to scoop from too. Probably wont be staying again but for the last minute booking for a concert that was in town, I guess it was ok.
