Compare Luxury Hotels in Commerce

The staff were great. The room needed help. (Broken drawer, shower that soaked the floor, a hair dryer that sparked) And they claim the rooms are soundproof, but I could hear every word my neighbors said as if they were sitting next to me. They were willing to move me to a new room, but there were still issues.

Loewe's is adjacent to a large shopping mall, a movie multiplex, and has views of the Hollywood Sign. There is a very short walk to Hollywood Blvd with well known visitor sites. The hotel itself is clean, has a friendly staff, and food options are very good. If guests wish a fine dining experience, none are available in the hotel, but I found dinner through room service quite nice.

The staff was great and helpful. I would have liked more information in my room about the hotel amenities.

I did not use it and they still charging me, even if I told the receptionist that was a double reservation to cancel the one for Expedia but still charging me

Room was clean but dated as I was in the Tower. The staff were very helpful and check in was easy. I was very early so I stored luggage and went about my day. I was called when my room was ready which was nice. The shuttle to and from the parks were great!!!!!! I’ll stay again!!
