Nice hotel close to Disneyland with shuttle

We love staying at this hotel. Unfortunately this trip our room was not great the air conditioner was broken the 1st night and it was so hard to sleep since it was so hot.the 2nd night they tried to fix it and were very polite got it working but it only worked 1 to 2 hours so another bad night sleep. We did tell them at check out and they definitely were concerned and will fix it. The hotel is great and beautifully decorated. The staff is wonderful and we understand things do break . We will continue to stay here it was just unfortunate it was hot weather .

The bed mattresses were extremely uncomfortable - the bathroom was dirty and housekeeping never cleaned the room once in 3 days.

This was a last-minute stay as my family and I were exhausted from a long hot day at Disneyland. The hotel was clean and pleasant. The rooms need slight upgrades, but overall, I thought the value matched. check-in was easy and staff was pleasant and knowledgeable Checkout was also quick and easy. I did not use any of the amenities.
