It's a great place to stay for a weekend at Disneyland. The room was very clean and the accommodations for the price are excellent. However, the restaurant is just meh. They have a rotating buffet and a fixed menu which has basic meals, I would skip it if I stayed here again, and the bar isn't exceptional either. Thankfully there are much better places near by.

The staff was friendly, room was clean and the beds are comfy. The shuttle to Disney is easy and convenient. The only thing I would note is the checkout time is 11am (website etc) and the information posted on the door says 12pm.

I booked this property for a 2 night stay. The shuttle service was the biggest deciding factor for me. While the shuttle drivers were professional and courteous, the shuttle experience for the return trip was complete chaos. The pick up spot has no markings of where to form a line. When the shuttles arrived, people stampeded to the bus cutting in front of families with wheelchairs and strollers and small children who had been waiting in this cluster of people. It was a horrible experience after a long day. The building we had is in serious need of renovation. Walking to our room felt like walking into a dungeon, not a majestic castle. The walls in the hallway were filthy. The room was so outdated and full of years of grime and neglect. I mentioned this to the lobby at checkout and was told I was assigned the oldest tower and to request a different one next time. There won’t be a next time for us. Perhaps my booking on a third party site was the reason I was assigned the oldest tower. The beds were not comfortable and the safe did not work.

This is the fourth time I’ve stayed at this hotel. Three previous stays were great. This last stay was terrible. The ceiling in our leaked the second night of our stay. We were moved to another room, but one of the beds was caved in on one side like someone morbidly obese sat there for days. The AC unit had two temperatures - boiling and freezing. The duct is right next to the bed, so it blew cold air onto me the entire night. I woke up shivering. It was miserable. Almost no water pressure in the shower or sinks. One of the two elevators was broken the entire stay, and the building we were in had massive chips or chunks missing from the walls. Because of the terrible experience, I will never book this hotel again.

We stayed there for 4 nights and we never had our bed turned or get towels refreshed or trash picked up and when I asked the staff for more supplies it was like it was inconvenient for them. Had they replenished all this during my stay I would not have been bothering them about it.

Everything was good. Just the hotel is a bit out dated for the price. Staff at the main office weren’t very attentive. Yet at the restaurant or store were very friendly and always willing to help. I would definitely stay in a newer hotel. Only have one elevator or access the floor levels. The rest were broken or out of service.

We've stayed here a number of times and typically love it (and will still return:) but the mattresses and pillows in room 3207 DEFINITELY need to be replaced, most uncomfortable nights of pur lives lol, it was all spring and no cushion.. like sleeping on cardboard and metal springs 😞 and pillows were unbelievably flat. The water pressure in the shower was also not great..but less of an issue. Front desk said unfortunately there was nothing they could do and since we'd already paid we couldn't afford to go anywhere else. Next time we'll be sure to ask how old the beds/bedding is.

This is a wonderful little hotel and a must stay for any trip to Disneyland. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, helping us with two different situations during our stay. The shuttle is a brilliant bonus and takes you right to Disney. The room was big and although a little dated, it was comfortable and clean. I would recommend a stay.
