Unpleasant service, the hotel is old, although clean, but it doesn't deserve such high prices! Parking costs $30.00, which is not mentioned in the hotel's advertisement. I do not recommend this hotel!!!

Horrible experience. The rooms were musty and unsanitary. There were insects in the tub. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere. We were in a room next to one of the entrances of the hotel and the guests opened and closed the door all night long. Worst experience we’ve had at a hotel! It’s unacceptable to accommodate guests in this manner. They need a major remodel!

No charging ports in the rooms or available outlets to plug in a charger. No microwave in room but there is a mini fridge. “Coffee” is available at the deli but is overpriced and comes from a machine like at a gas station. Food is very overpriced and mediocre. Staff is not very friendly either.

Staff was not welcoming nor showed where pool or anything on grounds was. Shuttle service was slow. Scanned parking pass and was asked to make payment by machine. $35 . Huge line behind so just paid and when asked why the pass didn’t work was told they can’t refund me the parking so they double charged me for parking. Deposit is $200 for just one night which is ridiculous. Save your money and get a closer hotel to the park. The grand legacy only charged me $50 deposit and $20 for parking and way nicer staff. Can’t believe I spent more being further from the park and the shuttle service was always over crowded.

This is our go to hotel for Disneyland trips! Check-in can be a little slow, so I recommend giving yourself a time buffer. The shuttle is incredible and makes getting to and from the parks so easy, especially when I’m traveling with my son.

When we ran heater in our room it started to smell disgustingly like someone hasn’t showered in month was living in the vent! The windows are aluminum, the hotel is extremely outdated. The only good thing is that it’s close to Disney and their shuttle service.

Ice machine was broken on our floor, under the sink area in the bathroom dirty, so we're the elevators. The elevators were clunky and license in it expired 4/2025. We had to ask for towels each day. The final straw was even though check out isn't until 11am housekeeping woke us up knocking on our door at 8am
