This was a beautiful hotel, the rooms are large, and this met the needs of our family. We have stayed in hotels that are more walkable to Disneyland in the past. As our family is older this was a great option. Thank you for the great stay!

Unfortunately, the check-in was a little stressful due to expedia not sending our 2 room reservation as adjoining rooms. The staff was able to rectify the issue, many Kudos! The fantastic location and traditional surroundings brings me back to the early days of Disney I experienced as a youngster! We would like to keep this family tradition going year after year! Check in was a breeze and the lady that helped me was so sweet and helpful. Made it convenient with the room and parking seeing that i was traveling with my two kids. The shuttle was also convenient and the drivers were nice and helpful.

Overall good stay..rooms seem very outdated and old its 2025 there were no charging ports to charge devices also room still had popcorn ceiling from the 80s and bathroom definitely needed to be remodeled looks

Love this location, have been coming here for years with the fam. It does feel like it’s time for some refurbishments though. Afraid I can’t keep coming back if they don’t start renovating in the next couple of years honestly. Shuttle is so reliable!! It’s the main reason we stay/ recommend the majestic!

This is a perfect hotel for those who want to extend the magic of Disney. The castle themed room is perfect. The shuttle to Disney was very convenient. We also walked home from Disney one night and that was manageable. The kids male option at the hotel is good, do wish the age limit was 12 vs 10. We were there in October and they had a great Halloween decoration in the garden. The hotel is also decorated for the season.

Taking the bad with the good. The good: the grounds are BEAUTIFUL. Even if you aren’t going to Disney, it’s a beautiful stay and the staff decorated the lobby ten ways from Sunday! Princess Corrine was wonderful with storytelling to the children. Rooms are spacious; I had no trouble getting around with my walker. The breakfast buffet was…decent, but I didn’t think it was worth $23 with tip. The breakfast buffet staff were a little over-efficient and cleared my table when I went back for seconds. The shuttle to the parks was wonderful, very efficient and the drivers were always helpful. I did have some trouble on my last vacation day, though. I rented an ECV scooter from a third party to get around to the parks. The hotel had a rule that ECVs weren’t allowed in the rooms and they stored them overnight in a room off the lobby. Friday, I went to go to the parks and found my ECV was gone! After some investigating, I found that the bellman called the rental place to come pick it up that morning because they didn’t have room for it — and I was still under contract for one more day. They also told me that the bellman said they were going to start charging for storage; a check with the manager revealed that to be untrue. Anyway, my issue was resolved after a few hours of phone tag and they brought my ECV back, but I only had a few hours to enjoy the parks. It was a sour note to end my vacation with and I get the feeling a bellman is going to be out of a job soon.
