Extremely disappointing. Our room key didn’t work so we had to go to the front desk everytime we needed to enter our room. At the time there weren’t any other rooms available. We should have been told about the situation with the door before we checked in. The next day we got another room with a working door. There was mold in the bathroom and cockroaches in the room. The staff was very nice and professional.

There was no real breakfast. That's false advertising. Under the name of breakfast, they just kept 4-5 stale bagels and very diluted coffee. The rooms were smelly, and the carpets were extremely dirty, as if they had never been vacuumed. The bathroom was filthy, and the door was broken. They also did not provide a key for the room. You have to go to the front desk to ask them to open it every time you go out. Worst and dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in.

The room is horrible, it's uninhabitable, and when you want to open your door it doesn't work; the staff have to go and open it for you. We turned on the heat because it was cold and smelled really bad, and then the fire alarm started going off. Among many other things, I took a photo, but it won't let me leave my complaints in the hotel reviews. I don't recommend it; it's the worst hotel I've ever booked 😡

Staff is always nice. 3rd time staying here simply because of the price and location. Won’t be back. Always a bug or two in there. This time I lifted the blanket up and there was hair and other signs of the sheets not being changed. Shower drain was broken, lots of random loud noises from other guests.

The staff and the breakfast could be improved there are 3 lady's during the day throughout the week and 1 of them who I believe is the GM is very rude and very unaccommodating But the other 2 very nice and very helpful in making sure everything is good with our stay as for the breakfast it's not really a breakfast there is only bagels,butter,and jelly which is very disappointing because the pictures advertised a full breakfast not just a quick snack for in the morning

One washcloth for two people no iron no hairdryer stank Pine-Sol pretty bad musky in the morning. Dead flies in the bathtub no remote TV icebox didn’t work. Had to find a plug plug them in to a strip. Plug lightbulb in bathroom wasn’t working. Cabinets were missing doors drawers, and absolutely Nothing else in the room floors were dirty. Neighbor was smoking in no smoking room could smell the cigarette smoking in our room God on Saturday morning to see if I can get my money back for Saturday night. Stay told I had to speak to the manager Monday, which wouldn’t make sense cause then I was already spending more time than I wanted to. No coffee pot no coffee no ice conveniently located around our room. Breakfast was a joke bagels that’s not breakfast. Diabetics can have bread stupid stupid stupid very disappointed. Wyndham needs to pick it up. Been a member for a long time. Probably one of the worst days I’ve had we’ll think about a Wyndham next time
