Parking lot was good. The room itself was not cleaned very good. Floor, toilet, counters, and shower was dirty. The air filters on the AC unit was filthy. Room smelled funky.

Terrible personal from desk . It was honestly the worst experience in terms of staff treatment. The facilities were acceptable, but the staff were awful. If they lay off staff, it will obviously be an economic improvement for that company.

I am always honest. I love this place. Its almost like your stepping back in time with the curb appeal. A time like Nick @ Night or Happy Days. Third time ive visited. Unfortunate that the washer/dryer Out of ervice " . I feel that you should always make sure that you deliver the amenities you promise. A guest who had to do a load of laundry will leave disappointed. Its important to deliver what you advretise, no matter what the cost. Limit guests if you feel they have been misused. Have a industrial strength washer and dryer; then give each guest a voicher to redeem for one load per room. Politely state that due to our fair and share policy as neighbors. Also, with a property as lovely and comfortable as this one i envision it larger because i love the style so much! Like a step into mid century modern! Expand to a diner or cafe for food. And a simple elegant pool and hot tub with a sign that says simply enjoy day or night! Disturbing your neighbors is NOT permissible, but by all means relax and enjoy! I love the staff as well Always feel welcomed here. The rooms are always VERY clean however because i notice everything, little touch ups on any spots and furniture cleaning is always going to keep guests rreturning because the owners care about their giests impressions and feedback. I really hope they continue to take pride and attention to detail and maintenance of this amazing property in my mind it is the best around.! FINALLY, a property who doesn't price gouge!!!
