Vraiment tres tres sale. Portes patio des chambres ouvre pas Chambres avec plusieurs defectuausités ( mur, salle bain, tapis..) Espace exterieur non etretenue, poubelles jamais videes durant les 5 jours, espace "fleur" est sans fleur et plein mauvais herbes.. Fait tres tres dure comme place

Originally told outdoor pool working. So I booked. I then got an email that the outdoor pool was closed for maintenance. Expedia was told the pool www working when they called. So no idea if it was truly working or not Then my husband was hospitalized in an emergency on the Friday before our trip Monday. He was in the hospital until Tuesday night. They refuse to refund us because it was an unrefundable. I told them I could show them the hospital records but they refused. They said they would allow us to come another time. He will not be traveling anytime soon. Hotel has no empathy at all.

The floors in the room were awful, our socks were almost black after an hour of being in there. Bathroom tub had scum and rust and dead bugs on the floor. We booked 2 nights, our TV didnt work the first day, we called to reception who told us they would send someone in 5 min. No one showed, called half hour later to learn from someone else the tv tech went home already. The buffet should be renamed to eggs buffet cause they only served boiled eggs and precooked microwaved scrambled eggs. They had a lady doing waffles which was good but when i asked her about more apples (cause they ran out and the last 2 were bad) she did nothing, so we ordered in. The last main concern was security. I accidently left my key in my room so i went to front desk to ask for a new one and all i did was say my room number and they handed me a new one. Great for me, but no ID check or nothing. Scary if i was not a normal person that lost their key.... wont be back.

I must say I was very disappointed overvall with the hotel. Especially the breakfast. All the usual products were not offered. No oatmeal (not even instant packages) no bananas (only small apples for three mornings in a row) no meat option (bacon, sausage or ham). Also an issue with cleaniness in the hallways, elevator (especially the carpet) and food on the walls in the dining room. Small shelves in the shower were missing. Balcony had pieces of broken concrete. TV had limited channels and no guide. When asked at the desk they mentioned buttons on the remote - but clearly it was not the same remote. Definitely not up to the standard of a Ramada Wyndham. Very disappointed overall. I will say all the staff were very polite.

Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Huge wardrobe, with small safety box. Bathroom has no fan so, feels like a hamam, sink faucet was dripping and lack of pressure on the shower. Balcony with garden and marina view, in need of some renovation. Great breakfast included.

The doors of each room are extremely noisy to close because each person in the lobby when is time to leave slammed doors to try to close it and it is really annoying.

The staff was very nice, polite, and helpful. However this hotel is not super well maintained and there are some issues that could make you stay less than ideal. You can’t control the temperature in your room for some reason. A/C starts and stops on its own. The walls are also very thin. The people in the next room were having just a normal conversation and we could hear everything. Just like I’m sure they heard our toddler waking up at 6 am.
