It is unfortunate the smoking bin is right next to the front door of the hotel. Because, guests choose to smoke right I front of the entry of the hotel. Also, since I was staying on the first floor near the entrance I could smell it in my room.

We called the front desk at 11pm because in the room there was a loud noise which we couldn’t sleep and the front desk was very helpful thankfully the noise stopped what was the issue I don’t know. I hope after we left they were able to detect the issue for other guest to not experience the same.

The entire hotel including tge rooms were very clean and smelled amazing, the staff also cleaned the rooms daily. The entire staff was so friendly and always smiling, asking how was my day or did I enjoy the bistro meal or how was my shopping. The location is on the same property as the Dolphin Mall which is a two minute walk in between. My entire family enjoyed this hotel and we will definitely stay here again.
