The staff is very kind, and the hotel is clean and close to the central station. Even though I mistakenly booked twice for the same day, the staff kindly helped me cancel one of the bookings. Great hotel—highly recommended!

A reasonable room with decent amenities

As a whole, the stay was good, it was in the epicentre of CopenHagen where the tourist attractions were literally at the doorstep of where I was staying. As a whole the breakfast buffet was quite good where there was a variety of food, but could have done more with further varieties and cuisines as we don’t believe the investment lived up to our expectations but the food was tasty as a whole. Going to the room, it was average, there was a bed and a very small bathroom which was adjacent to our bedroom where there was no sort of ventilations inside and wasn’t soundproof and was hard to operate the taps on the sink as well for the showers. The room was clean, but was only reclined every three days rather than every two. As a whole it was a good hotel which was reasonable priced and met up to the standards for most people who would be there.

Less than I expected

There were so many things wrong with this hotel. I did not know that there was not a true "shower," but only a curtain that demarked the "shower" (with a little bit of mold in the grouting). And I really did not know that there would never be hot water. The room was tiny and there was limited space for anything. It was okay for one person, but I don't know how a couple would stay there! I really wanted to dislike this place. I wanted to give it a terrible review. But EVERYONE at this hotel was SO NICE. I received more help than any one human being deserved and they never acted as it I was asking for too much. The staff made an experience that could have been uniformly miserable into something much better.

The reception staff were efficient and friendly and the problem I had with the shower was fixed immediately. The Cabinn City Copenhagen is conveniently located. You get what you pay for: the rooms are very small and basic but they are functional.

Room was clean, though a little cramped. Check-in was a friendly and professional experience. Unfortunately we were kept awake by building work and a nearby clock that seemed to chime every 15 minutes well into the night!

For basic accommodation was fine, rooms were small but had everything we needed. Great location and Easy to find. Down side the rooms got very hot even for not very hot days outside but windows open didn’t work as people were talking loudly in the court yard until gone 2300. Only other criticism is that there isn’t a children breakfast option for a child over 3 to pay the same as an adult is ridiculous. If it’s free under 3 why not have half price up to10 years old. Meant we went elsewhere for breakfast and lost out on adults bringing in revenue as well.

Quiet, convenient location & comfortable.

This was a very convenient place to stay near the railway station, which in turn gives easy access to the airport and beyond. The room was clean and reception friendly and efficient. The area was quiet, but near to some nice restaurants. I would certainly use again.

We had a very pleasant three night stay. The room and bed was very comfortable, and the hotel is very well situated , a few minutes from the train station and Tivoli Gardens, and walkable to the other main attractions. There were a couple of construction sites nearby which meant some unwelcomed noise early in morning. The room (Captain) was compact but fine for a short stay, the shower was good, other than there is no extractor fan which is not great for steam. We did discover the door to the tiny balcony did open which helped. Breakfast was fine, although the room where served is a bit soulless and crowded when we stayed. Don't need TVs on! The staff were v friendly and helpful, v hot while there and they gave us a small fan which was welcomed. . Also additional pillows as the two extremely soft pillows were not our cup of tea! There is a good lounge area and you can buy drinks at reception. Has secure storage for a small fee if needed when you check out. USB ports in room would be a good addition but otherwise good value for central Copenhagen

It was very well situated with about an 8 to 20 minute walk to the main atractions and tours. The Tivoli gardens are about a 2 minute walk, which is right across from the main train station. Very convenient. The room was small, but for a single traveler, it was fine. The bathroom was the shower, and it was fine too, once i figured out how to turn the shower on. They dont clean your room unless you request it, but on my second day I received clean towels, which was nice because I used an extra towel to dry the bathroom floor after having a shower so I would not track water outside the bathroom. Larger rooms are probably better in that respect. The staff were great and their bike rental was well worth it. On a budget? Book it.

Basic, with little ventilation or sound-proofing

This place has things stripped down to the very basics. Mostly that's OK, but there is no ventilation and the window only opens a few centimeters. Unfortunately, the window offers almost no soundproofing at all, so that the street noise – frequent sirens, loud machinery – sound pretty much the same whether

We booked a double queen and was a given a standard bunk room when we queried this we were told they can't change it as there all booked now so you're stuck with what you have no refund of difference any way besides that the linen was dirty bathroom smallest I've ever seen noisy as anything this place is overpriced backpackers
