The staff were available, friendly and helpful. My family and I booked 4 rooms. The price was under $500 which was very helpful. The beds were on the firm side but comfortable overall. The sheets seemed clean. Some towels were stained. Its location was central and worked well for us. It was quiet and all the rooms were on the ground level. There was one step into the room which was manageable for my mom with mobility issues. The overall facility was dated and seemed to be partially renovated. Some plumbing issues that involved dripping taps. We were there for only one night. There are several restaurants nearby.

The room and washroom was clean and upgraded. I would suggest that you provide a towel bathmat so it can be washed or replaced with the other towels. There seems to be a urine smell lingering in the washroom most likely coming from the mat. The guy from the reception was friendly and accomodating.
