AMENITIES: Our condos cluster around the Town Center, which hosts special events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends. Nearby resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, fishing dock, fire pits, fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, and a pirate ship playscape! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria.

2BR/2BA first floor condo is perfect for your Port Aransas getaway. We have a spacious floor plan with a large combined gourmet kitchen and family room. Our living room has a queen sized sleeper sofa, flat screen TV and cable; the living space also overlooks our roomy covered patio. Our fully equipped kitchen, with designer tile backsplash and all stainless steel appliances, has plenty of storage and counter space for preparing family style meals or snacks for the beach. The primary bedroom has a plush king bed, flat screen TV, and full bathroom. The second bedroom also has a full over full bunk with twin trundle, full bathroom and flat screen TV.
