Quaint little place that has been somewhat renovated. Room was clean and we enjoyed the private balcony and beautiful hanging flowers. We did not like having to carry luggage up steep stairs to our room.

Great place to shop for a night

Our room was impeccable!! Perfectly, wonderfully clean, beautiful and comfortable. The road noise was a concern but with the A/C fan on we were absolutely fine.

Not a great stay.

We were supposed to stay here 2 nights but only got booked for one night. The front desk phoned the room at 7 in the morning to say they made a mistake because they confused me with someone else who had a similar last name. So they gave us the wrong room and thus we needed to move to a different room. We chose instead to cancel the second night and booked another hotel farther down the highway.

When rating things I think you need to take the area and others in to compare. It’s not cheap to stay in Cranbrook at any property. $250 a night is not cheap to stay in a Motel. It was on the low end of everything else available.

Quaint, well kept propery. Good location for walking downtown and heading out sightseeing. Everything you need and more within a short drive. Flowers around the property were a nice touch.

the place was clean and well-maintained. I had a balcony room. But the woman at the desk wasn't very helpful and I had difficulty understanding her. When I needed help getting connected to the internet she suggested that I go back to my room and figure it out. Eventually I did, but it was very annoying. Worse was when I couldn't call home on my cell. The phone in the room wouldn't dial out for collect calls, because "everybody has a cell phone." At a property a mile or so down the road I told them my situation and they patched me home so I could touch base with my family, at no charge.

Helpful lady at the front desk however room wasn’t cleaning. Sheets were so badly stained with urine and more that I had to pull my own camping liner to sleep in the room.
