Hot tub had been removed and sauna does not work. Paper thin walls & ceiling. Could hear everything from foot steps to talking and even a phone vibrating from adjacent rooms.

Easy to find location with lots of restaurants in walking distance. Hotel was clean and well looked after. Noise was a concern- traffic noise was high and the walls are thin (I could hear my neighbour snoring). There is a breakfast available but go early as the ran out of food very quickly.

I book that hotel for my girls, they find blood on the sheet. When they have go talk to the desk they blame the girls. Say it was them who duty the sheet. Was not impressed. Never going to book there again.

Bathroom sink had a leak which soaked the floor. Carpet was like a puddle for the 4 days we were there to get anywhere close to the sink to use it. They didn’t care to try to dry it out. When calling down to front desk to ask for more toilet paper as we were out we were told to come to front desk if we needed more. No money back was offered for the horrible water leak in our room or anything.

I’ve stayed here a few times due to limited availability in the area. The hwy is very close to the hotel so you hear every car that passes by. It is very loud in the rooms above subway. The rooms are only tidied between guests, not cleaned! These could slso use some updates and renovations.

Like most hotel/motel properties in Fernie this one is located on Highway #3, the main route through town. If traffic noise is an issue for you then you should probably choose to stay elsewhere. The rooms are simple and clean. The price is very reasonable and if you're just looking for a place to hang up your ski or sledding gear and sleep I would highly recommend it.

Good location, but thats about it - our room was dirty, food was left on top of fridge from previous occupants. Suite was a bit stinky and had to leave windows open. Sink was leaking and left a mess under the counter and carpet.

The Inn suited our needs, but it was very basic. The hot tub was not in service and the only service to the room was the trash getting emptied daily.

Parking can be difficult. Noise can be a problem if people are staying up late and plows are working through the night. You can hear everything in the room. Price was right for what we needed which was a place to crash for the night even though that proved to be difficult with the noise.
