Weed rooms

Our room smelt badly of weed since the day of check in we complained AFTER OUR CHILDREN UNDER 8 kept crying of the smell and were laughed at by one of the desk employees and head of maintenance. We were given a spray to spray to mask the constant smell of smoke. The manager Larry never contacted me until I contacted corporate and then insinuated I had lied about coming to the desk multiple times complaining and that he had been there all 3 nights when in fact we had just been to the desk 2 hours prior but were told Larry had stepped away AGAIN. Friday evening I was laughed and by the desk employee with long hair and glasses as well as older man that’s head of maintenance that they would like to know the room that was smoking so they could partake and that the desk employee could probably sniff the air and tell me what strain they were smoking. After spending 1006 and telling them we were on video coming down and that I did infact record the times I complained and Saturday the manager Larry finally going to our room and smelling the weed smell we vacated the property and were apparently refunded. (Will see in 7 days if it was refunded). The employee with long hair and glass doesn’t like to inform you of his name or wear a name tag so I can’t mention the name but he’s a issue and needs help with hospital service. Worst hotel stay ever and will NEVER STAY AT A HITLON OWNED PROPERTY AGAIN

Our stay was good for the most part. Our room served its purpose, although it was very dark. Our room was not cleaned until late in the day and wasn’t really cleaned since dirty glasses were left in the room. The front desk staff was nice and breakfast was convenient and good. The afternoon snacks were minimal. Probably will research a different hotel when return, but would stay at Embassay Suites again if options were few.

Dirty bathroom

We arrived at check in time and rooms were not ready and they had overbooked the type of room we reserved. When we finally got to our room I checked the bathroom and it had not been cleaned. There was a ring of dirt and bunch of hair in the shower and no clean towels. We had to wait after several calls and visits to the front desk over 4 hours for someone to come and clean.

The only nice things to say about this property are the people that work there, are very nice and accommodating and thats it! Everything else is old outdated, over rated and not worth the money for the stay. The parking 20$ a day, internet you got to pay. It is a suite, but the designated area for “kitchenette” is worse than a cheap hotel without kitchenette. The “refrigerator” in the room is a joke, 1 foot by 1foot, nothing fits in it. The bathroom so small, that if somebody sits on the toilet and other person wants to open the door, you will be hit by the door in the face because the toilet seat is so close. Not a good stay will never stay there again, do not recommend
