I can’t believe how amazing the service is here! It is expensive to stay here, but honestly worth every penny. My partner and I arrived on time and have valet service for our car and the bags. They were delivered right to our room. Our room was clean, and large enough for my wheelchair. After a nice shower, we went to the theatre. While we were out, the staff cleaned up our room and left some nice desserts. We didn’t get to the pool in time due to accessibility issues and the hotel extended our check out time for free to accommodate. The spa and steam room are very clean and comfortable. I wish I could afford to stay here more often. Thank you Four Seasons for everything you do :)
