It's still a nice place to stay but it's very dated. It's clean but they don't upgrade of fix anything. Floor tiles missing in the elevator. The pools need a deep clean and a paint job.

There was lots of rust in our bathtub. We had to wear sandals. Our window curtains were ripped and see through. The bottom of the door to the room was broken off leaving a huge gap into the hallway. There were large white crusty stains all over the carpet throughout the entire room. The adults hot spring pool had green sludge on the bottom and the rest of the water was milky with a slick of oil floating on the surface. After paying to upgrade my room and the cost for 1 night $380. I would never recommend this hotel. Even the hotsprings arent worth overlooking how run down and grungy this property feels

It seems to me that there is a bit of deferred maintenance....the pool wasnt quite as clean as before....the furniture in our room was a bit dinged up....the clothes in the dress shop were wrinkled...some of the hallways were a bit dirty . there seems to have been a bit of slippage....

The hotel had a charming old-fashioned vibe that felt cozy and fun. The pools were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were polite and quick to help with everything. We had a wonderful stay, enjoying the cool spring weather and light rain. Truly a relaxing experience!
