There were a couple of street people (man and woman) in the breakfast room when we were there. The woman was loud and obnoxious and it obvious that they weren’t hotel patrons. It made the whole experience feel less than desireable

Everything was good. Could be more prepared for breakfast for the volume of people. Especially when hockey teams are there. More emphasis on parents from the hockey teams checking on their kids in the pool. As they were getting pretty unsafe with going down 10 at a time on the waterslide. Saw one kid flip out of the waterslide at one point. Makes it so that it is less enjoyable using a facility that is to be used by all guests, hockey team or not.
