The hotel is nice, clean and it’s a good price for what it’s worth. The staffs are very friendly and very accommodating and most of all they can speak English. The location is pretty good close to everything. Close the airport,shopping,dining,walk to the beach and more.

You can’t beat the price…

Wonderful hotel. Very inexpensive and clean. The hotel even offered a free breakfast buffet. It’s walkable to hundreds of restaurants. It’s also a 15-minute walk to the beach.

We were very happy with our stay. We had an issue on our first night, but the staff were quick to rectify the issue and made sure we were well taken care of the entire time we were there. I recently stayed at the Grand Sunrise Boutique Hotel, and the experience was excellent. The guest relation team (GiGi and Nancy) had done an amazing job with checking in with guests everyday to make sure that their service meets all satisfaction. I appreciate that they asked me for feedbacks so that the hotel can work on improving their service. No other hotels have ever done that before. Their breakfast buffet is another plus. There are many many options to choose from, and all the dishes are delicious. We often opted in to have breakfast outside, but we had to eat their breakfast everyday because it’s so good!! I highly highly recommend you to stay with the Grand Sunrise Boutique Hotel if you have plan to stay in Da Nang because their rate is very affordable and their staff is super attentive to ensure you have the best experience while staying at the hotel.

Gigi Thuy Trang was our customer relation associate, I would like to thank her as she was well-informed about all the hotel amenities and easily answered my questions about the breakfast service and local attractions. Excellent service by all staff members from front desk to housekeeping. Nhi, the manager and Gigi the guest manager even took the time to greet us and see if we had any concerns with our stay. Breakfast options were expansive including sweet, savoury and fresh fruit/salad options. I was disappointed with my choice to stay here at all. Very convenient to the beach, fire dragon bridge, markets and endless relaxation and beauty shops. Convenience store and laundry also very close by.

We had a fantastic week-long stay at the Grand Sunrise Boutique Hotel. Helena, Nancy, Giselle and their team of staff were super-friendly and went above and beyond what we expected, and really spoiled us. They were so attentive to ensure everything was perfect for our time in Da Nang. The room was cleaned every day and the bed was really comfortable. It was quiet and we slept very well. The hotel is located about eight-minute walk from My Khe beach and there are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby to suit every budget and taste, including Japanese, Korean, local and Western foods. The breakfast was excellent and offered a big selection of dishes so there was something for everyone. The rooftop swimming pool was great for cooling down on a hot day and the massage we had in the spa was amazing. Thank you so much for everything.

Room Review

The rooms were mostly clean. Beds were good and there were the usual amenities of a table and TV in the room. The bathroom needed minor repairs as the hand held showerheads and hose leaked. Bathroom is open concept with an open door separating the bathroom from the rest of the suite. A glass pane separated the shower area from the toilet.
