The Kiwi is a very nice and very clean property. The room was big and bright. The roof top pool was a nice bonus. There are many restaurants in the area. The staff was attenitive to our needs.

I arrived at late night in Da nang, and called the hotel for shuttle bus(24h available). But the staffs at that time didnโ€™t speak English at all. They kept saying wait and sorry and call later. I waited in the airport for their call, but they didnโ€™t call me back. Hence I had to take a taxi to hotel. In reception, 2 male staffs failed to find my booking even though I showed my hotels.com my booking page. It was 3am and we were exhausted because of long waiting due to their unprofessional work attitude. Also bathroom is really inconvenient to tall people.
