Airport shuttle was timely in pickup. It was Delayed in returning to airport. One person had written no shuttle on your sign do you must have issues. There was conflicting info. Doors to rooms were noisy.

Customer service was terrible! No shuttle to airport, had to pay a Uber each way. They claimed weather, roads were clear.Also to have to pay for breakfast here is ridiculous. $2 for a banana or apple? Get real.
