Really?

I was visited by a cockroach inside five minutes of arrival going after my leftovers from dinner. I signed up for a 0450 AM shuttle to the airport upon checkin. I was early. Ten patrons waited for a shuttle driver for a half hour before receptionist informed us they had no driver. Everyone has to Uber out.

Don’t book, false advertisement

Booked this hotel because it advertised the airport shuttle. Upon check in we registered for the 4:55 AM shuttle to the airport. Me and 6 other guest were in the lobby and the van was parked in the front. Another guest ask the receptionist and she told him they didn’t have a driver. We each had to get our own transportation. I reached out to Expedia to ask for reimbursement for having to pay for transportation to the airport and someone from the hotel lied and said I wasn’t in the lobby. They also told Expedia that they didn’t have any other complaints about the situation and I said of course they haven’t because everyone else is still flying. All I want is to be reimbursed for the trip to the airport, do the right thing!

Worked perfect for a night we had a layover since our flight was canceled. Shuttle service was another plus. Did not have to worry about getting an Uber for 10 people. The restaurant at the hotel was the wonderful. They even stayed open a little longer so we could eat after a long frustrating day.
