To expensive for what was offered. Terrible breakfast, was not properly inducted or oriented to the amenities available, awful view out the window, to blinds or shutter so morning light just kills you, unstable wiffi, small tv, tiny and dreadfull soap, phone didnt work at room… honestly a motel would have been better.

3rd floor room, nice elevated ceiling. Sorely lacking hooks in bathroom. Mild mildew smell in bathroom. Breakfast may have been the worst we've had--no fruit, weak coffee, half of the days there were no eggs (they didn't run out). On no-eggs days, they served sausage patties AND links, and biscuits that were okay. Buffet staff was very nice. Front desk staff seemed out of it. Tried to get a south-facing room and were told rooms are issued randomly, and we couldn't make a request. New carpet throughout!

Disappointed

Bathroom,sink, walls were nasty. Ceiling was mold or something. Not to mention, I chosen to pay at property (Book now pay later)and they ran my card before it was time to even check in. When i called and asked why and response was basically they did it because they wanted to. So happen my card was locked. Rooms need upgraded. I stayed 2 nights and house keeping didn't offer anything!!! I have pictures and it will not let me load me load them.
