The hotel is clean and location is convenient. They are a big conference center also and the people having a weekend conference there were obnoxious and stayed up ALL NIGHT. Loud and kids up all night also, couldnt sleep much due to noise of the party....I mean "conference" the hotel was leaking in places, some of the flooring under repair. Some of the room was old and in need of repair, but was clean and smelt ok. So overall decent for the price, but i would not stay here again.

They were so busy checking people in that once I checked in they didn't have me in so I couldn't sign in to their internet. The elevators were broken and we had to carry all our luggage down the staircase. I booked a king size bed. They gave me a room with two queen beds. And I had requested a shuttle to the airport. But they never put me down for the shuttle. Thank goodness my son was able to come get us and take us to airport. Overall I feel they just missed the boat on my experience. Which is really sad since I always stay at the four points in Amarillo and they are amazing at that location

Elevator was out, so I had to carry my bags up the stairs to the 3rd floor, only to find that the room key didn’t work. The stairs and the side door to the parking lot were completely unlocked. Anyone could walk right in. Also, there was just one person on site at night and she was walking around the premises (for safety), so there was no one to answer the phone at the front desk.
